Free Giveaway Products:
Due to the extreme high demand for these products, shipping them can take us up to 5-6 weeks in some cases. If your order is one of those that takes a while, please remain patient. We can almost guarantee that it will arrive within that timeframe.
If it has taken more than 6 weeks, please contact us by using the chat feature on the bottom left of our website, the contact us page or send us an email directly at email@example.com and we will make sure to re-ship you a replacement.
All of our items are custom, and most are even hand made. Please allow 3-4 weeks to be made and delivered. You'll receive a tracking number when you place your order. If you have any questions about this, just email us and we'll be happy to help.
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. We also accept orders via Paypal.
I ordered multiple items but haven't gotten all of them. What's going on?
We use multiple fulfilment center and have many products that aren't stocked in house. Sometimes your orders will come from different locations, so you may receive one item before the next. But don't worry they are all coming!
The mug I received was broken, how can I get a new one?
Unfortunately, from time to time, mugs do get broken in transit. They are ceramic and if someone doesn't take good care of the package it can be broken. We have no problem sending you out one as a replacement if this happens. Please just send us a photo with the broken mug and your order details to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get you a new one out!
