Why is do I have such a high shipping price?
You probably added a lot of Free items to your cart, the more free items you add the higher your shipping price will be.
I ordered many items but I only received one, why?
The products you order may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged.
When will I receive my free items?
It takes us 4-6 weeks to deliver the free items because they are very high demand and we use the most cheap way to ship them worldwide
